Should I be concerned about "outgassing"?Our saunas are treated with a non-VOC (volatile organic compounds) sealant, which means outgassing will never be a problem. The sealer is water-based and tested to be 100% safe.

What do I do once my sweat session is over?Our relaxation station is a wonderful place to visit with friends while your body continues to cool down and sweat. Complimentary purified water is provided.

What temperatures can I sweat in?Our boxes provide over 150 degrees of sweat. However, you are in control of your sweat experience and can turn down the heat anytime you like.

Will I be able to use my phone?A sweat session is meant to bring relaxation and balance to your life, which is difficult to do while connected to the outside world. For this reason, phones must be kept out of the sauna.

Is the wood in your sauna sealed?Our saunas are treated with a water-based, non-volatile sealer. It's a special treatment made specifically for our state-of-the-art saunas to make them cleaner between uses. As a result, our saunas are far more hygienic than saunas with untreated wood.

What’s the best sweat color for me?Chromotherapy can help treat the following ailments:

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?No skin products—lotion, perfume, or oil— should be used before starting your session. Makeup also needs to be removed before breaking a sweat. Hydrating before and after the process is crucial to your health. If you forget to pregame, our juice bar has you covered with a variety of purchasable beverages that will replace the sodium, potassium, and other minerals lost to sweat.

Will I be wearing my clothes in the sauna?Sweating in your “birthday suit” or swimsuit is encouraged since chromotherapy works best when the infrared lights shine directly on your skin.

What clothes are best to wear to my appointment?Bring loose-fitting clothes that are easy to put on while damp. It's difficult to pull up your leggings or skinny jeans while your legs are wet.
